You must be at least 18 years old to use Anybody. By using this app, you confirm that you are 18 years or older
Be respectful to all chat partners
'• Not share personal information (phone, address, social media)
• Not use offensive, abusive, or threatening language
• Not engage in harassment, bullying, or hate speech
• Not share explicit sexual content
• Not spam or advertise products/services
'• Not impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Not use the app for illegal activities

Engagement Rewards: When the reward pool reaches ₹10 from voice message participation from voice messages
    • The last person to send a voice message before timer ends wins
    • Winners receive 50-80% of the prize pool as Gold Credits
   • Gold Credits can be sold back to Anybody for real money
    • Quitting during an active winner game counts as a loss
    • All decisions regarding winners are final

Premium subscription: ₹199/month on Android, ₹299/month on iOS (auto-renewal)
      • Voice messages: ₹1 per message (after free limit)
      • Payments processed through Razorpay (Android) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS)
iOS subscriptions managed through your Apple ID - cancel via iOS Settings
 
      • Refunds are not available for digital goods (voice credits, premium)
      • Gold Credits can be converted to real money (processing fee applies)
      • Wallet balance is non-refundable but can be used in-app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
      • Violate these Terms & Conditions\n'
      • Engage in abusive or illegal behavior
      • Attempt to hack or manipulate the app
      • Create multiple accounts for abuse
      • Receive multiple user reports
      You can delete your account anytime by uninstalling the app. All data will be permanently deleted.

ACCOUNT DELETION & DATA RETENTION:   IMPORTANT - DATA RETENTION POLICY:  
When you delete your account: - You will be immediately logged out and cannot access the app - Your data will be RETAINED for 90 DAYS (3 months) for:  
- Legal compliance & law enforcement requests  
- Financial reconciliation (pending withdrawals, refunds, TDS reporting)  
- Fraud prevention & dispute resolution  
- Anti-abuse measures (preventing banned users from recreating accounts)  
Data retained includes:
- Profile information (name, age, country)
- Transaction history & financial records
- Referral earnings & payment details
- KYC documents (if submitted)
- Match history & game records
- Phone number & account identifiers
 Important notes:
- Chat messages are NOT stored during this retention period
- After 90 days, ALL your data will be AUTOMATICALLY & PERMANENTLY
DELETED from our servers
- During the 90-day retention period:  - Your data will NOT be used for marketing  
- Your data will NOT be sold to third parties  
- Data is retained ONLY for legal/financial obligations - You CANNOT recover your account after deletion

All app content (logo, design, features) is owned by Anybody
      • You retain ownership of your chat messages and voice recordings
      • We have the right to monitor chats for safety and moderation
      • Do not copy, distribute, or modify app content without permission.

iOS-Specific Terms:
- iOS subscriptions are managed through Apple and subject to Apple's Terms of Service
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before period ends
- Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings  Subscriptions
- Apple charges may differ from Android due to platform fees
- Refund requests for iOS purchases must go through Apple Support

IMPORTANT LEGAL DISCLAIMERS:
      • Anybody provides a platform for anonymous chat and is NOT responsible for user behavior, content, or actions   
 • We are NOT liable for:
      ' - Any illegal activities conducted by users
        - Emotional distress, harm, or damages from conversations
       - Loss of data due to technical issues
       - Service interruptions or downtime
        - Criminal acts, harassment, threats, fraud, or unlawful conduct by users
        - Legal consequences arising from user actions
      • Users are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for:
        - Their own actions and behavior
        - Compliance with all applicable laws
        - Any legal consequences of their conduct
        - Content they share or messages they send
      • USE AT YOUR OWN RISK:
       - You understand that chatting with strangers carries inherent risks
        - You release Anybody from any liability for harm resulting from use
        - You agree to hold Anybody harmless from legal claims
      • If you witness illegal activity, report it to
        - Local law enforcement immediately
        - Use our in-app "Report User" feature
      • We cooperate with law enforcement when legally required by valid court orders.

If you encounter inappropriate behavior:
      • Use the "Report User" feature immediately
      • Quit the chat if you feel unsafe
      • We investigate all reports within 24-48 hours
      • Serious violations may result in permanent bans.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
