Refund & Cancellation Policy


Digital Goods (No Refunds):
- Premium subscriptions
- Voice message credits
- Wallet top-ups
- Gold Credits purchases


These are non-refundable as per our Terms of Service.


Subscription Cancellation:
- Cancel anytime before next billing cycle
- No charges after cancellation
- Access continues until period ends
- Android: Cancel via Google Play
- iOS: Cancel via Apple Settings


Exceptional Refunds (Case-by-case):
- Technical issues preventing service use
- Unauthorized charges
- Accidental duplicate purchases

iOS Purchases:
All iOS in-app purchases are processed by Apple. 
For refund requests, contact Apple Support directly. 
Refund decisions are made by Apple according to their policies.
