1. Overview Anybody offers: - Premium monthly subscriptions (₹199/month) - Pay-per-use voice messages (₹1 per message) - Hold feature (₹5 per use) - Winner Game participation (automatic with paid voice messages) All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway.
2. Premium Subscription Refunds Cancellation Policy: - You can cancel your Premium subscription anytime from app settings - Cancellation stops future billing immediately - Access to Premium features continues until current billing period ends - No automatic renewal after cancellation Refund Policy: - NO REFUNDS for unused portion of current month - Example: If you cancel on day 15 of a 30-day period, no refund for remaining 15 days - Premium benefits remain active until subscription period ends - Similar to Netflix, Spotify, YouTube Premium policies Exceptions (Refunds Granted): - Unauthorized charges due to account hacking (must report within 48 hours) - Technical error causing double billing - Service completely unavailable for 7+ consecutive days due to our fault - Subscription charged after successful cancellation (our system error) Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days to original payment method

5. Winner Game - Prize Pool Important Clarification: The Winner Game is an ENGAGEMENT FEATURE, not gambling or gaming. It's a reward system for active users, similar to loyalty programs in social apps. 7. Coin Purchases (Earned via Ads) - Coins earned by watching ads are FREE - NO MONETARY REFUNDS for coins (they have no cash value) - Coins cannot be converted back to cash - Unused coins remain in account
